KI NO BI 700ML KYOTO GIN
$99.99An oriental take on the German classic ‘Goldwasser’, this visually stunning gin comes infused with gold leaf sourced from Kyoto’s ‘Horikin’ company. Established in the early 18th century, Horikin developed an edible gold leaf in 1985. The concept of adding it to gin reflects a Japanese tradition whereby gold leaf is added to Sake at times of celebration, like New Year, weddings and festivals.
The gin itself is Kyoto’s original dry and is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries. This special edition is further enhanced with a label design created in collaboration with Kira Karacho, part of the Karacho karakami atelier founded in Kyoto in 1624.

LIND & LIME 700ML GIN
$74.99Lind & Lime Gin is the very first spirit produced by The Port of Leith Distillery Co at our Tower Street Stillhouse in Leith, Edinburgh. It’s still a couple of years before we’ll be distilling whisky, so we’ve thrown our full and unbridled energy into creating a gin forged entirely from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith.
In everything that we produce, our watchword is ‘balance’. We take a base spirit at 96% ABV and re-distill it with a carefully curated recipe of 7 botanicals to ensure that each of them is working in delicate harmony. Juniper provides the backbone, complemented by crisp and citrusy lime, and underpinned by earthy flavours of pink peppercorns. The result is deliciously complex, dry and thoroughly refreshing.
