RED BLENDED

This classic blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and small parcels of Malbec and Cabernet Franc displays aromas of red fruits, cedar and dried herbs with
flavours of plum and blackcurrant. The smooth finish on the palate is supported by supple, approachable tannins.

Deep crimson, Fragrant complex aromas of cassis, black cherry herbs and cedar, Medium bodied, with ripe warm flavours of black fruit and spice. Fine tannins and well balanced acidity provide a lingering finish.

This merlot cabernet sauvignon presents a mellow harmony of fruit sweetness and savoury tannins, leading to a smoot finish with enduring dark fruit characteristics. Best served at room temperature.

This wine is a soft and velvety merlot combined with the more powerful cabernet sauvignon grapes producing a luscious red wine. The reason this blend works so well is that the two varieties complement each other allowing a fuller flavour wine with an all round mouth feel.

The bouquet and flavour suggest blackberries, purple plums, cassis, cigar box and vanilla pod. A generous spine of ripe tannins support and draw out the lingering after taste.
