The well-respected De Bortoli is a third-generation family wine company established by Italian immigrants. Their pale, dry rosé is everything you’d expect it to be: crisply fresh and generously textured, with intense fruit aromas of peach and pomegranate, a touch of spice and no shortage of sophistication.

Made using hand-picked Pinot Noir from 3 sites, Daniel Le Brun Rose is aged on lees in bottle in the traditional method to achieve the optimal balance between zesty fresh fruit and yeasty, bready complexity.

An elegant Rosé with evocative flavour and lovely balance. Fresh peach, raspberry and quince aromas burst from the glass. The palate is light footed yet generous with almost a crystalline texture, supported by vibrant flavours of spiced plum. This wine is light-medium bodied, has lovely structure and a long, dry finish.
