Bright lavender aromatics on the nose, showing classic cool climate Syrah characteristics. Some balanced richer berry fruit on the palate finishing nicely with subtle oak.

A marvellous Syrah offering richness, structure and balance. Rich and concentrated with blackberry, plum, green peppercorn and spice. It is a wine that will keep improving and we recommend to cellar up to 2030 with proper cellaring. 56% Syrah from Bridge Pa Triangle, 30% Te Awanga and 14 % Gimblett Gravels with 1% Viognier co-fermentation.
This wine aged 19 months in 25% new French oak.

Drink it now or chuck it in your cellar and let it develop over the next ten years.
