Rich dark red in colour with a dark purple rim, the nose shows rich concentrated red and blue fruits, dark chocolate and rich mocha notes with hints of spice and cedary oak. The palate is rich and plush with good structure. There is a concentrated layer of berry fruit and oak which is balanced with the fine tannins to give length and power while finishing soft and full of flavour. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also improve with careful cellaring.

We reckon Taylors must be a little bit mad putting quality rich, lucious, medium to full bodied Shiraz under such a moderately priced label. They win an insane number of Gold medals around the globe every vintage – this 2018 release is out of the traps and already a Gold at NZ’s largest wine comp, the NZ International Wine Show.
One of (if not THE) most awarded Aussie Shiraz on the circuit over the years. Seriously, this label has an addiction to the bling!
