Using fruit sourced from their Gimblett, Bridge Pa and spectacular Te Awanga vineyards right on the Hawke’s Bay coastline, using entirely hand picked fruit, aged 18 months in French oak. In their own words the Elephant crew call this “luscious and elegant, a true Elephant Hill Syrah.“.

They highly recommend a glass of this Syrah with Hereford fillet, artichoke, duck liver palate and truffle porcini crumb. Divine!

Bright lavender aromatics on the nose, showing classic cool climate Syrah characteristics. Some balanced richer berry fruit on the palate finishing nicely with subtle oak.
